Our sauna walls are Reforested Canadian Hemlock wood. It uses 6 Low EMF infrared Carbon Energy Efficient heating panels (including an industry leading foot heater) that produce a wider, softer heat that is evenly distributed throughout the sauna. Unlike traditional rock and water saunas (which heat at or over 200F and do not penetrate your skin), Our Sauna operate at a much lower and safer heat 130F thus allowing you to enjoy the sauna longer and maximize all potential health benefits. You can play your favorite music through the saunas built in MP3 aux sound system.

Our sauna also comes with a Chromo Therapy Lighting System.Chromotherapy is the science of using colors to adjust body vibrations to frequencies that result in health and harmony. Each color possesses frequencies of a specific vibration, and each vibration is related to different physical symptoms. Chromotherapy works on various energy points to help balance your body via the full spectrum of visible light, each color of which addresses a distinct need.
